OAG often means complex, ambitious, boundary-breaking projects involving world-leading businesses and iconic London buildings.
London Bridge Station, a critical city transport hub, is just the latest to receive the OAG treatment. The firm has also recently been contracted to provide millions of pounds of architectural glazing as part of the multibillion-pound rejuvenation of Battersea Power Station.
But that’s not all that OAG can offer. November marks the third anniversary of OAG Select – the special works unit formed to bring the same level of outstanding service to smaller clients, with lower-volume niche glazing packages.
“We started OAG Select because there was an obvious gap in the market,” comments Select Director Jason Farrow.
“Over the decades, we’d built up an enormous amount of expertise in providing bespoke architectural glazing solutions to major projects. But no-one was offering the same level of service to clients with smaller requirements.
Just because your project isn’t huge doesn’t mean you don’t need world-class products, perfectly tailored to your exact requirements, installed quickly and with minimum disruption by the experts in the field.
“With OAG Select, that’s precisely what we set out to do. Our intention was very clear – extend the OAG experience to clients with smaller package requirements, without any compromise in the OAG level of service.”
In the two years since, OAG Select has blossomed into the leading supplier of its kind.
Spearheaded by a highly experienced workforce, Select offers a comprehensive design, fabrication and installation service to clients across the South East.
Undertaking everything from small-size new-build glazing installation to specialised and complex glass replacements, facilities management support and long term planned maintenance agreements. Select can also draw upon OAG’s vast main works design team if a project requires it.
Entrances, atriums, floors, fire-rated screens and doors, glazed screens and doors, balustrading, glass roofs, canopies, bespoke facades, lift shafts are all available – and it’s that kind of versatility that’s allowed it to become of the sector’s fastest-growing suppliers.
“Select has come a long way, fast,” Jason continues. “In just three years, the Select team has grown by sixty percent. But this is just the beginning. I’ve got no doubt that OAG Select has an extremely bright future ahead of it.”
